AIU Inter-University Road Cycling Tournament – 2025-26 (M&W)

MGM University, Chh. Sambhajinagar (MGMU) in collaboration with the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) has organized the All India Inter-University Road Cycling Tournament 2026 (Men & Women) for the first time in Chh. Sambhajinagar. Student cycling champions from universities all over India are participating to display their skill and endurance.

About MGM University

MGM University in Chh. Sambhajinagar, established by the revered Mahatma Gandhi Mission Trust, a pioneer with 4 decades of excellence in education, research and service is now a self-financed State Private University, approved by Government of Maharashtra and the passing of MGM University Act 2019 by Maharashtra Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council. General Instructions

Please read the following instructions carefully

Participation & Eligibility

All cyclists, coaches, mechanics, and managers must possess a valid license issued by the Cycling Federation of India.
Proof of insurance must be submitted during the Managers/Coaches meeting.
No team will be allowed to participate without a designated Team Manager.
Eligibility forms must be submitted in quadruplicate; incomplete forms will not be accepted.

Fees & Administration

Officiating charges of ₹3,000 per team will be applicable as per AIU rules.
The decision of the MGM University Organizing Committee shall be final and binding.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes to the tournament schedule.
No protests will be entertained under any circumstances.

Accommodation & Facilities

Safe and secured lodging will be provided by the Organizing Committee.
Teams are responsible for their personal belongings.
A refundable security deposit of ₹1,000 is required for issued materials.
Accommodation is available only 24 hours prior to the tournament.

Discipline & Conduct

Strict discipline must be maintained at the venue and place of stay.
Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or smoking is strictly prohibited.
Any misconduct will invite strict disciplinary action.
All participating teams must attend the inaugural march-past ceremony.
